What it is
A fully hyperlinked digital planner for the 2026-2027 NFL season — from the Hall of Fame Game in Canton on August 6, 2026 through Super Bowl LXI at SoFi Stadium on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2027.
Built for the fan who lives the season — not just watches it. Game-day rituals, tailgate menus, watch-party planning, fantasy roster, memories, predictions, recaps. Designed in Stadium Classic — deep stadium green, newsprint cream, classic pastels — the way Sunday afternoon football is supposed to feel.
Who it's for
- The multi-team fan who roots for their hometown team, their fantasy guy, and the team their best friend follows
- The tailgater who plans the grill list two weeks out
- The fantasy player tracking waivers and matchups across 18 weeks
- The host who runs the watch party every Sunday
- The traveler chasing the international games (Melbourne, London ×3, Paris, Madrid, Munich, Mexico City, Rio)
- The season-recap fan who wants a beautiful artifact at year-end
How to use it (5 minutes to set up)
1. Open the PDF in your favorite handwriting app
- iPad: GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Penultimate
- Android / Samsung: Noteshelf, Squid, LectureNotes
- Surface / Windows: Drawboard, OneNote, Xodo
- Read-only: Apple Books, Adobe Acrobat — every hyperlink still works
2. Pick your 4 teams
Open Teams Hub from the sidebar. Two ways to load a team into each of your 4 slots:
- Hybrid picker: Tap any of the 32 NFL teams in the library — loads a pre-themed reference page with the team's full 2026 schedule, stadium, division, and helmet color. Then tap "Use as Slot 1" (or 2, 3, 4).
- Write your own: Open a slot's Profile page. There's a big handwritten team-name field with a Caveat-font ghost hint — write over it. Drop a team logo in the photo zone. Fill in coach, captains, QB. Works for any team — college, high school, fantasy, your kid's flag football league.
3. Add the calendar files to your phone
- Tap your team's
.icsfile from the download - Calendar opens — pick "New Calendar" so deletion later is one tap
- Want a second team? Tap their file too — both calendars coexist, color-coded
- Want primetime + playoffs + internationals on top? Tap LeagueHighlights.ics
Every event fires two alerts:
- 1 day before the game — "Tomorrow: Cowboys @ Giants · NBC"
- 1 hour before kickoff — "Kickoff in 1 hour · NBC"
So you never miss the warm-up or the opening drive.
4. Use it every week
- Sunday morning: Open the Week hub. Tap your team's game → Game-Day page.
- Before kickoff: Game-Day Quick Card (kickoff · channel · weather), Watch Party Host Card (snacks · drinks · guests · game plan), Tailgate Menu.
- During the game: Lineup notes to track who's on the field.
- After the game: Score · MVP · memorable play · mood. Drop a photo in the Game Memory zone. Update fantasy roster.
- Mid-week: Injury Report Log · Stats Chart · Predictions for next week.
- End of season: Hall of Fame favorite moments · season recap · reflection.

FAQ
Q: Will the schedule still work if the NFL flexes a game?
Yes. Confirmed games show real kickoff times. TBD games (preseason day-within-window, Week 18 matchups, flex Saturdays Dec 26 and Jan 2) show "TBD" and fire all-day alerts at 9 AM ET on the placeholder date. Edit the event in your Calendar app once the NFL announces — usually ~2 weeks before.
Q: Can I track non-NFL teams?
Yes. The 4 team slots are fully editable. Write in any team — college, high school, your kid's flag football league. Drop their logo into the photo zone. The 32-team library is for NFL fans who want one-tap reference, not a lock.
Q: Do the calendar files only work on iPhone?
No. .ics is an open standard. Works on iPhone, iPad, Android, Outlook, Google Calendar, Fantastical, BusyCal, Apple Calendar, Thunderbird — anything that imports calendars.
Q: Can I undo a calendar after I add it?
Yes — that's why the Quick Start page tells you to pick "New Calendar" when importing. To remove later: open Calendar app → find the team's calendar in the list → delete in one tap. Doesn't affect your other calendars.
Q: What's the cancellation policy on the alerts?
All alerts are local to your device. Mute notifications for that calendar any time. No tracking, no analytics, nothing sent anywhere — it's just a file.
Q: Will this work for 2027 too?
This edition is purpose-built for the 2026-2027 season — schedule data, dates, and the Super Bowl LXI date are baked in. A 2027-2028 edition will be released ahead of next season.
Q: I'm a Cardinals or Panthers fan and you play the Hall of Fame Game — do I get an extra event?
Yes. The Cardinals and Panthers .ics files each include the Hall of Fame Game (Aug 6) plus their 3 preseason games plus all 17 regular-season games plus playoff placeholders — so those two files have 25 events each while other teams have 23-24.
